 1. Assist entrusting parties to handle import and export approvals;

 2. Be responsible for external negotiation and signing the contract on behalf of entrusting parties;

 3. Be responsible for the implementation of external contracts, including external certificate release,settlement,

      exchange and external claims etc., and timely report the details to entrusting parties;

 4. Be responsible for all technical questions about import and export, including the choice and inspectio of equipment and materials;

 5. Be responsible for signing technical attachments;

 6. Assist entrusting parties to negotiate and provide reference about price, shipment, insurance and clais etc.;

 7. Be responsible for handling domestic transportation of imported and exported goods and buy insurances etc.
